FIREFIGHTERS were called out to Saltney after a controlled burning was left unattended.
North Wales Fire and Rescue Service received a call at 10.25pm on Sunday reporting a skip full of wood ablaze in River Lane.
One crew from Deeside attended the scene and used a hose reel jet to extinguish the flames.
A fire service spokesman said the damage was limited the contents of the skip.
