Litter louts in Builth Wells have been told by councillors to dispose their waste responsibly following an increase in the anti-social behaviour.
Builth Wells Town Council said it is upsetting to see people dumping rubbish and garden waste in parts of the town.
Rubbish has been found on the Groe between Swingy Bridge as well as Irfon Bridge and the garages close to the doctors’ surgery.
“Please don’t dump your rubbish in our town,” Builth Wells Town Council pleaded.
“It really is saddening to see, there are so many people who truly love and work really hard to make this town an amazing place to live and visit”.
They added: “It costs the Town Council a lot of money to remove this rubbish and we really would prefer to be spending it on making our Town even better”.
