ANOTHER week and another amazing collection of pictures from the County Times Camera Club.

Each week the club grows in number and standard with members capturing some truly staggering images.

This week Sorcha Lewis took a wonderful night photograph of Nantgwyllt Chapel of Ease against the stars above mid Wales.

Sorcha said: “The chapel replaced the one that was lost under the cold waters of the reservoir.

“The same bell still rings for the valley as it once did as it was put into the new chapel from the old one."

Gary Williams found himself perhaps the happiest duck on the river while Andre Hutchinson found two birds enjoying the contents of a feeder and appear very appreciative as they take the time to fatten up.

Meanwhile Sharon Owen spotted some delicious looking cherries growing at the Graig Woods in Newtown.

Elsewhere Nicholas Blaber visited Elan Valley and captured a jaw dropping image of the lake which really does hit home how beautiful the area of mid Wales is and why it remains so popular among locals and tourists.

A happy little blue tit landed in Welshpool and Denise Beddoe was on hand to capture a picture of the little fellow as he stopped for a well deserved rest.

Meanwhile Jackie Lyness ‘Heart and Butterfly Beetle’ is pictured doing its bit for nature.
