A police dog helped find two missing people in Powys on Friday.
PD Storm and his handler successfully found a missing woman in Hay-on-Wye, who had taken an overdose.
She was located by PD Storm following an area search after she fell down a hill and into a field near a river early on Friday morning (July 3).
Later that day, PD Storm and his handler were then sent to help find a woman who was missing for eight hours in Llanfair Caereinion.
The police dog tracked around two miles of the Welshpool & Llanfair Light Railway line. Dyfed-Powys Police's Dog Section tweeted to say that the missing person had then "phoned the negotiator to hand herself in".
Chief Constable Mark Collins said: "Well done to all involved. Our Dyfed-Powys Police Dog Section handlers and dogs do an incredible job, sometimes in very difficult conditions. Diolch yn fawr".
