A man from a Herefordshire/Powys border town has been charged with attempted murder after an incident left a man with "serious" injuries.
West Mercia Police said Martin Young, 57, from Kington, was also charged with wounding with intent and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place following an incident in the town on Tuesday, June 16.
Young has been remanded to Worcester Crown Court and will appear at a later date.
