This spring has been marked by the unusual presence of clear skies across mid Wales – and our camera club members have been taking advantage of the good conditions by day and night.

Whether they’re picking out the spring colours in Guilsfield, capturing the golden glow of the rapeseed at Forden, or taking the chance to see the full moon in all its glory in a cloudless sky, our photographers have demonstrated their tremendous skill once again.

And continuing to demonstrate their connection to the natural world, Stephen Rowson has picked out a great shot of a frog among the camouflage of the riverside with his contribution to this week’s selection of fantastic photos.

Camera Club members have been continuing to send in their best shots throughout the lockdown, and we’re grateful to them all for brightening our weeks with their eye for the spectacular.
