The problem of farm thefts is a growing one throughout Wales – but there can have been few offences more frustrating and audacious than the theft of a 120-ft shed.
But that's exactly what police in Carmarthenshire have reported, after the flat-packed 120ft by 77 ft shed was stolen from the village of Cynwyl Elfed.
The missing shed may not have been spotted straight away – Dyfed-Powys Police's Rural Crime Team say the offence took place between April 23 – last Thursday – and April 26, which was Sunday.
Anyone who has any information should contact police on 101.
