An investigation is underway after a fire at a flat in Builth Wells which engulfed the front door and hall of the property.
Fire crews from Builth Wells and Llandrindod Wells attended the blaze in Cwrt y Castell just before 5pm on Saturday, where they found the front door, porch and hall "well alight".
Another crew from Llanwrtyd Wells Fire Station was also mobilised to the scene.
A spokesman for Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service said: "A ground floor flat has sustained damage to the front door. All persons were out of the premises.
"The fire was extinguished using one hose reel jet by a crew wearing breathing apparatus.
"A joint investigation is continuing today with Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service, Dyfed-Powys Police and a forensic scientist."
