FIREFIGHTERS tackled a huge house blaze near Arddleen and Guilsfield in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
Around half a dozen crews were sent to the property where the roof was well ablaze.
The fire service have confirmed there were no injuries as a result of the inferno, and the fire was out by 5am.
A Welshpool Fire Station spokesman confirmed crews arrived from Welshpool, Llanfair Caereinion, Montgomery, Llanfyllin, Oswestry and Shrewsbury.
