A MAN who allowed another person to drive his car when there was no insurance in place has been fined more than £500.
John Walshe, of Ty Mawr, Llanybydder, pleaded guilty to the offence which took place on January 22 under the single justice procedure at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court.
He also admitted permitting the use of the car when it did not have a valid MOT test certificate.
The 44-year-old was fined £522, with costs of £85 and a £52 victim surcharge. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
