The Welsh health minister, Vaughan Gething, has this morning criticised Boots for charging for people's prescriptions to be delivered during the coronavirus pandemic, which is "forcing" vulnerable groups out.
In a live briefing this morning, he called the pharmacy chain "wholly irresponsible" as the charge would force at risk groups, such as those over 70, to leave their home if they could not afford the delivery charge.
The AM said he would write to Boots urging the company to re-think its delivery charge.
