TO celebrate the launch of her new book, healthy eating expert Amelia Freer will be at Lime Wood for supper and a chat on Wednesday January 29.

In this relaxed and intimate evening, Amelia will introduce the evening with an informal talk about the inspiration behind her latest book Simply Good For You - simple, wholesome and healthy cooking in between the layers of today's hectic day-to-day life.

She will also share some of her favourite recipes from it and will let guests in on a few tips and tricks about how she cooks in a simple way for her family at home.

Amelia will be joined by her associate nutritionist and 'co-pilot', Dr Rozzie Yoxall, who played a big role in helping to bring the book together.

Amelia Freer is one of the UK’s leading Nutritional Therapists and healthy eating experts. She is also an internationally best selling author and this is her fourth book.

After initially training and working as a doctor, Rozzie Yoxall moved into nutritional and lifestyle healthcare a couple of years ago. She has also worked as a private chef so knows a thing or two about translating nutrition advice into tasty meals.

The evening includes a glass of fizz on arrival, sharing nibbles at the table, a two course supper with dishes taken from Amelia's new book, and a glass of wine with supper.

It takes place in The Scullery from 6.30pm to 9.30pm.

Tickets are priced £80 and are available from limewoodhotel.co.uk
