THE constituency office of the ousted Conservative MP for Brecon and Radnorshire is up for sale.

Chris Davies’ former office in Builth Wells was abandoned after he lost his parliamentary seat in August.

Pictures of the office show rooms filled with cardboard boxes, desks, office chairs, and a sign propped on a wall saying ‘Chris Davies Working Hard For Brecon & Radnorshire’.

Mr Davies lost his parliamentary seat of four years to the Liberal Democrats’ Jane Dodds in a by-election following a recall petition.

The recall petition was a result of the former Conservative MP’s conviction earlier this year of having made two false expenses invoices for landscape photographs to decorate his office after the 2015 UK Parliamentary General Election.

The ground floor office space on Market Street, Builth Wells is being advertised by James Dean with a guide price of £47,500.

According to the estate agent, the property is currently held under licence by the Brecon and Radnor Conservative Association at £375 per month.
