Bottles were reportedly thrown during a fight between two men at a business in Llanidloes.

One man was hurt and received medical treatment after he suffered cuts to his head.

A 42-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and was later released on police bail.

Dyfed-Powys Police said its officers attended the incident on Great Oak Street on Wednesday evening.

A police spokeswoman said: “Police received a report of an on-going fight between two men at a business on Great Oak Street in Llanidloes at around 8.10pm on November 27.

“Police arrived at the scene. One man remained in the building and had cuts to his head that required medical attention.

“The other man was located at the top of the road. The 42-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm. He has been released on police bail.”
