AN ENVIRONMENT hustings for north Shropshire will take place on Wednesday, December 4 between 7pm and 9pm at the Eastern Oswestry Community Centre in Cabin Lane.
This is a chance to question the General Election candidates for the North Shropshire seat about the climate and ecological emergency.
The final list of candidates in attendance at the event is set to be confirmed; however Conservative Party candidate Owen Paterson said he is unable to attend.
Questions to be put to the candidates can be submitted via email to environmenthustings2019@outlook.com – emails must include your name, age and postcode.
A general hustings for the North Shropshire candidates took place on Wednesday, November 20 at the Festival Drayton Centre, in Market Drayton.
Mr Paterson (Conservative Party), Helen Morgan (Liberal Democrats), Graham Currie (Labour) and John Adams were in attendance for that event.
