Llanfair Caereinion firefighters received a visit from local farmer John Roberts on Monday, November 18.
A FARMER has thanked the firefighters who helped rescue him after his tractor overturned near Llanfair Caereinion.
John Roberts was stretchered from the incident near Pentre and was taken to hospital on September 15.
He has since made a good recovery from the incident.
The local farmer paid a visit to the crew based at Llanfair Caereinion Fire Station on Monday, November 18, to thank them for their help.
Llanfair Caereinion Fire Station said: “On drill tonight the crew received a visit from local farmer John Roberts. Mr Roberts was involved in a tractor accident we attended 9 weeks ago.”
They added: “We were very pleased to hear he is recovering well. Many thanks for the biscuits!”
