THE Llanfyllin Good Companions have held their annual harvest service.
The service was taken by Nicky Dixon the collection during the service was donated to the Wales Air Ambulance, and the amount raised was £105.
Members and helpers of Llanfyllin Good Companions presented a cheque for £105 to Andrew Hall the community fundraising manager of the Wales Air Ambulance.
Llanfyllin Good Companions meet every Thursday afternoon/evening at the Public Institute (except for January, February and August) carrying out various activities and just meeting up for a chat.
New members are always welcome. Winter hours are 3pm to 5pm and summer hours are 5pm to 7pm.
