TWO neighbouring Young Farmers Clubs are joining forces for a special evening of great entertainment. to showcase the area’s fantastic talent.

Llidiartywaen YFC and Trefeglwys YFC are performing in a concert this weekend following their recent Montgomeryshire YFC Eisteddfod success in Llanfair Caereinon.

“It’s really great to see such local talent throughout our community and as a club we look forward to performing again this Sunday,” said Llidiartywaen YFC Chair Emma Baker Davies.

Members aged 10 to 26 will be performing their highly anticipated mime to music, dancing, one voice party, solos and much more at Trefeglwys Memorial Hall on Sunday, November 3.

Emma added: “We are especially proud to have come first in the Mime to Music competition and look forward to taking it to the Wales Young Farmers Eisteddfod on November 30.”

Trefeglwys YFC Chair Aled Rees said: “I am extremely proud of the clubs’ efforts in the Eisteddfod and it’s great we have the opportunity to perform again in front of our local community.”

He added: “The items range from dancing, sketch to singing which shows the great opportunities the Young Farmers movement provides for young people”.

The Llidiartywaen and Trefeglwys YFC Eisteddfod Concert takes place at 7pm on Sunday, November 3, at Trefeglwys Memorial Hall.

Entry costs £5 for adults and £2 for under 18s. Refreshments will be available.
