A LEARN to cycle scheme will run in Deeside during half term.
The scheme, run by charity Cycling Projects, will take place at Deeside Leisure Centre in Queensferry on the afternoon of October 29.
The sessions are for children aged from four years old and above who are ready to learn to balance and pedal their bike without stabilisers.
Children are usually able to learn the basics in just one session. Places must be booked in advance and the cost is £5 per child (Flintshire residents), £10 for those living outside the district.
You will need to bring your child's bike, with stabilisers removed, and their helmet.
One grown up must accompany each child as the instructors will be showing you how to help them become an independent cyclist.
