Radnor YFC held its county annual meeting at Painscastle Village Hall, where county chairman, James Poulton finished his year in office and welcomed in the new county chairman AJ Powell, from Penybont YFC.
AJ will be the 10th county chairman elected from Penybont YFC since the federation began in 1945.
Matt Price, from Knighton YFC, was elected as county vice chairman completing the team of new county officials for the forthcoming year.
