RESIDENTS in Deeside have been advised to keep doors and windows shut as firefighters dealt with an incident in Sandycroft this morning.
Officers from North Wales Fire and Rescue Service were called to a small incident at an industrial unit on Chemistry Lane in Sandycroft, Deeside this morning, Monday.
The service had two engines in attendance and were first alerted to the fire at 7.30am and crews were able to stand down just before 10.25am.
Crews reported that the fire was in an oven processing unit with damage confined to the unit at this time.
No injuries were reported and information on a cause is yet to be released.
A spokesman confirmed that the incident was under control, but local residents had been advised to close windows and doors at this time.
