A motorcyclist has been airlifted to hospital following a crash between Newbridge on Wye and Llanafan Fawr.
One car and a motorcycle were involved in the collision which happened at around 4pm on Sunday, July 21.
Dyfed-Powys Police advised motorists to avoid the area and use alternative routes.
The road was re-opened at 9pm after it was closed for five hours.
