Council guests from all over Wales were in Powys on Sunday (July 7) for the civic service of Powys County Council (PCC) chairman, Cllr Beverley Baynham.
The service was held at St Andrew’s Church, Presteigne and conducted by Rev Prebendary Stephen Hollinghurst and Rev Debbie Venables.
Among the guests were: Cllr Gareth Ratcliffe, assistant vice chairman PCC; Cllr Gwynfor Thomas, vice chairman PCC; Cllr Rosemarie Harris, leader of PCC; Jamie Baynham; Dr Caroline Turner, chief executive of PCC; David Peate, High Sheriff and Lynne Peate.
