ONE of the great classical romance stories of all time is brought to the unique Willow Globe Theatre near Rhayader this Saturday night, July 13, when The Factory company return to stage Shakespeare’s 'Anthony and Cleopatra'.

The one-off performance can be seen at 7pm at the Willow Globe at Penlanole, Llanwrthwl.

The Factory theatre company was started by renowned theatre director and master of verse Tim Caroll, and they have built an outstanding reputation nationally and locally with performances that always sell out so get in there quickly!

This group do Shakespeare differently. They always set themselves unusual tasks which makes for a thrilling audience experience.

They might not know who is playing the other characters in the play until they speak and someone replies, they might decide to only use props provided by the audience, they might end up doing an impromptu promenade performance around the farm or use the space and furniture in a way you had never thought of. Even they may not know what is in store until they do it.

The thing that stays the same is the text, other than that anything can happen! This will be a whirlwind adventure of a theatre experience delivered by a huge cast of outstanding actors at the very top of their game.

Tickets can be bought at https://www.shakespearelink.org.uk/productions, at £12 for adults, £6 for children or a family ticket at £30.
