CLOSED: Urgent road closure of Barrow road for two weeks
Motorists are being warned of full overnight closures on the A44 road that will last for 12 nights due to resurfacing works.
A three-and-a-half mile stretch of trunk road between Llangurig and Eisteddfa Gurig will be closed between 7pm and 6am.
The improvements are set to being tonight (Monday, June 24) and will continue until Saturday, July 6.
According to Traffic Wales, the resurfacing works and safety measures on the road are due to adverse weather affecting the carriageway.
