A MID Wales woman has denied displaying a private, sexual photograph of a man by uploading it onto the internet.
Defendant Francesca Challenor, 30, of Violet Close in Newtown, appeared in the dock at Mold Crown Court on Friday, June 21.
She pleaded not guilty to a charge that in January she displayed a private, sexual photograph of a man without his consent, with the intention of causing him distress.
Judge Niclas Parry adjourned the case for trial and she was bailed in the meantime.
