As part of 'Pink Week', where three towns in Radnorshire turned pink to raise money for Cancer Research UK, firefighters in Llandrindod Wells gave people lifts on one of their firefighting vehicles.
On Saturday, May 11, the fire service gave children and families a ride on their aerial ladder platform (ALP) outside the Tesco supermarket, and raised £325.40.
The charity fundraiser also raised the profile of the firefighting vehicle, which is at risk of being removed from Llandrindod Wells Fire Station.
