EMERGENCY services were called out to a chimney fire in Oswestry on Sunday.
West Mercia Police and Shropshire Fire and Rescue were called out to Whittington Road on Oswestry at 8.43am
Four fire appliances, including the aerial ladder platform were mobilised from Oswestry and Shrewsbury to tackle the blaze.
Fire crews at the scene used chimney rods, small gear and a thermal imaging camera at the incident,
The incident was also attended by police, who closed the road while the fire was dealt with.
The fire was extinguished by 11.36am on Sunday.
