This picture showing over 30 cars was taken on August 18, 1931, during the wedding of Betty Harmood-Banner from Caerhowel Hall, Montgomery. A group of chauffeurs can be seen at the far end of the left-hand row of cars.
The bride's father, Sir Harmood Harmood-Banner, was mayor of Montgomery from 1928 to 1931.
The picture was sent in by Bruce Lawson, from Montgomery, ahead of the visit of 50 Rolls-Royce cars to the town on Sunday, April 28, which featured in last week's edition (May 3) of the County Times.
The cavalcade from the Welsh section of the Rolls-Royce Enthusiasts' Club, which organised the weekend rally, was welcomed to the town by Montgomery Mayor, Cllr Lionel Weaver and by town crier, Sue Blower.
Cars and their owners travelled from as far away as Aylesbury, Axminster, Southend, Porhcawl, Cardiff and Belgium to visit Montgomery.
