Patients are being warned to expect possible delays outside Presteigne Medical Centre while roadworks take place.
Work is being carried out on Hereford Street adjacent to Lugg View on Tuesday, April 16.
A Powys Teaching Health Board spokesperson said: "We regret that vehicle access to the Medical Centre will be unavailable at some points during the day, although the timing of these works has not yet been confirmed.
"Patients are advised that there will be pedestrian access only whilst these works take place. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.
"These arrangements are subject to change and are not within our control."
