No further police action has been taken against Welshpool's former deputy mayor, who recently resigned after sharing two Islamophobic posts on Facebook.
Police were investigating Heather Chave, who sat on Welshpool Town Council, for "hate" incidents. However, the victim who reported the two cases to the police did not support or has withdrawn support for further police action.
