A PERMIT Day, planned to allow motorcyclists to ride on an ancient Radnorshire byway next week, has been cancelled.
Powys County Council has shelved its plans for the Monk's Trod in the Elan Valley, near Rhayader, on Monday, March 18, due to the weather and poor ground conditions on the route, which crosses an ecologically sensitive site.
