One of Llanwrtyd Wells' world-famous quirky events is set to feature on BBC The One Show tonight.
Last year's Whole Earth Man v Horse race, a 22.3-mile race that pits athletes against horses, will be broadcasted on the popular topical show on BBC One at 7pm.
The event saw well-known TV personalities compete in the gruelling race, which was won by Ronnie the horse by just 20 seconds.
BBC presenter Sophie Raworth officially started the race in the town centre and completed the course in three hours and 57 minutes, while former 400m athlete and Olympic medallist Iwan Thomas completed the course for the second time.
In a post on Twitter, Iwan said: "Tonight on @BBCTheOneShow I'll be racing a marathon in the Welsh countryside against horses - yes it's true"
