A MAN has been charged with attempting to murder a 71-year-old man who was stabbed while walking his dogs in Borth, near Aberystwyth.
David Kenneth Fleet, 21, from Borth, was charged with attempted murder and possession of an offensive weapon, namely a knife, on Monday, March 11.
A 71-year-old man was stabbed while walking his dogs near Borth Wild Animal Kingdom at around 9.40am on Thursday, February 28.
He was airlifted to hospital and remains in a critical condition.
Fleet was remanded in custody and was due to appear before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, March 12.
