A WELSHPOOL man who denies a robbery charge will be tried in July.
Defendant Adam Gough, 21, of Borfa Green, Welshpool, is charged with robbing Jack Ashley of cash, a bank card and a mobile phone on January 12 this year.
He had previously pleaded not guilty.
At Mold Crown Court on Friday (March 8) Judge Niclas Parry fixed the trial for July 22 and said that if two others were charged then it was hoped their case could be joined.
Gough was bailed in the meantime.
