A cat is missing after having hitched a ride with a next door neighbour all the way from Hereford to Knighton.
The cat, called Rio, belonging to Amy Bedford, jumped into her next door neighbour's mum's car on Wednesday night (February 27).
He hitched a ride with her all the way to her house in Whitton, Knighton, over 30 miles away from his home in Hereford.
The cat jumped out of the car and ran off, and is believed to be in the Whitton area.
Amy said her and her family are "absolutely devastated". "Especially our little girl," she added.
The cat is dark grey in colour and both microchipped and neutered. He was wearing a light grey flea collar but this could well have come off.
