Firefighters have tackled a 370-acre grass land fire near protected woodland.
The fire in the Cwm Berwyn and Llanddewi Brefi area was left to burn under supervision overnight on Tuesday, February 26.
Firefighters from Llanwrtyd Wells, Aberystwyth, Tregaron, Lampeter and New Quay were sent to the incident to bring the fire under control using beaters and knapsacks.
Crews were deployed to protect a Natural Resources Wales woodland, Cwm Berwyn, from the fire.
A Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: "Firefighters were also involved in protecting properties and preventing the fire from entering forestry land, which in some areas was in close proximity of the fire."
The Fire Service re-inspected the incident on Wednesday morning (February 27) and found that approximately 370 acres (150 hectares) of grass land was burnt.
