DYFED-Powys Police are investigating a fatal crash in the Brecon Beacons.
At around 6.30pm on Friday, February 22, a man and a Hyundai Terracan were involved in a collision on the unclassified road between Dolygaer and Pontsticill.
Ambulance crews attended and attempts were made to save the 50-year-old man, named as David Jonathan Bown, but sadly he died at the scene.
His family is being supported by specially trained family liaison officers.
Road closures were put in place on the B4558 at Talybont. The vehicle was recovered and the road re-opened at 11.30pm.
