A WELSHPOOL man denied a robbery charge when he appeared in court on Friday (February 15).
Defendant, Adam Gough, 21, of Borfa Green, Welshpool, is charged with robbing Jack Ashley of cash, a bank card and a mobile phone on January 12 this year.
He appeared in the dock at Mold Crown Court and entered a not guilty plea.
Judge Niclas Parry was told that two other suspects had been interviewed by the police and charging advice was awaited from the Crown Prosecution Service.
The judge agreed to adjourn the case until Friday, March 8 so that the position could be clarified.
