A 65-year old man from Welshpool was killed in a quad-bike collision near Llanfyllin yesterday, police have said.
A statement from Dyfed Powys Police said the man, who has not been named, was involved in an incident on private land involving a single quad bike.
The full statement says: "Dyfed-Powys Police was alerted to a collision involving a single quad bike on private land near Llanfyllin, shortly after 3pm on Tuesday, February 12.
"Sadly, a 65-year-old man from the Welshpool area died as a result of his injuries.
"His family is aware. The death is not being treated as suspicious."
