A HEARTWARMING tale of a father’s musical bond with his daughter is the latest offering from Ffilm Llanfyllin.
Nick Offerman, of Parks and Recreation fame, and Kiersey Clemons, star in Hearts Beat Loud –showing on Friday, January 26 – which follows a Brooklyn record store owner who tries to convince his daughter to start a band with him after a song they recorded goes viral.
The comedy-drama also features Ted Danson, Sasha Lane, Blythe Danner and Toni Collette. Hearts Beat Loud will be shown at the New Old Inn on Friday.
The following Friday celluloid offering will be John Carroll Lynch’s comedy-drama Lucky, on March 1.
Films start at 8pm (doors open at 7.30pm).
Tickets are available at the door only, on a ‘first-come-first- served’ basis.
