The council's Waste and Recycling Services say that any extra recycling will be collected next week.

Some parts of Trehafren in Newtown are affected due to the cul de sacs which are on hills. Recycling and Waste Services say they will catch up on any missed collections "as soon as possible".
Powys County Council said: "Due to icy conditions there will be disruptions to many routes today and possibly for the next few days. We will endeavour to catch up as soon as it is safe to do so.
"Sorry for any inconvenience caused."
The Met Office has warned of even colder weather to come and ice on some roads, pavements and cycle paths, as well as an increased risk of slips and falls on icy surfaces.
