Llangattock Litter said it was the third time a cannabis growing related fly tip has been dumped in that spot since June 2018.
Here's the photos of the 1st time back in June 2018 where they fly tipped on both sides of the road at the same location. Sadly on that occasion they dumped containers of fertilizer which still had fertilizer in them and had entered the watercourse at location. @PowysRecycles pic.twitter.com/5aTA6v3p2H

The group also thanked the Powys County Council Waste & Recycling Service for collecting the fly tip.
"Thanks to Powys Recycles for prompt collecting of the fly tip and hoping it is third time lucky in catching the selfish parties who tipped such."
