Severn Street, Welshpool
Welshpool Police has reported that a 30 year old man was punched a kicked by a group of people in the early hours of Saturday morning.
The disturbance started on the crossroads and developed into Severn Street at around 1.30am on Saturday, December 8.
The pubs were still open at the time of the incident, so there were a number of passers-by in the area.
Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact Welshpool Police.
