On Monday, November 26, a new store will open in Llandrindod Wells: Bargain Buys.

The new store is located behind Middleton Street, at the old Co-Op, and will be officially opened in a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10am by the Mayor of Llandrindod Wells, Cllr Jon Williams.

The Poundstretcher owned store has recruited 30 members of staff from the local area, full and part-time, to become part of the Bargain Buys team.

The shop will sell homeware products, toiletries and branded confectionary and drinks.

Executive chairman, Nadir Lalani, said: “We are pleased to be opening a brand new store to the people of Llandrindod Wells with loads of fantastic branded products, all at bargain prices, and look forward to opening another 50 stores over the coming months, creating over 750 jobs.

“The team is working hard to deliver an outstanding shopping experience, great service, and an enjoyable shopping environment for all our new customers. We are expecting massive queues for our Opening Day Only Specials, so come early to catch the bargains!”

Llandrindod Wells is the 37th store to have been taken over by Bargain Buys since April.
