A car accident on Abergele Road is causing delays.
Ysgol Dyffryn Conwy are among those affected with one of their school buses being caught up in the congestion.
Dyffryn Conwy, in a tweet to parents and carers this morning, said: "Because of a car accident on the Abergele A548 Road, the 28b Bus will be late."
