Stan Jankowski, whose sculpture is set to be unveiled in Llanfyllin this week
A Llanfyllin sculptor has donated a unique piece for display in the town’s square.
Stanley Jankowski, who has a workshop on the Llanfyllin Industrial Estate, will see the wind sculpture officially unveiled by town mayor Cllr Simon Baynes on Friday, August 31 at 6pm.
The Mayor of Llanfyllin, Cllr Simon Baynes, said: “We are very grateful for Stan’s generosity to the town and there is already huge interest in the prospect of this remarkable wind sculpture being erected in the town square.
"We want to make Llanfyllin a major centre for the arts and creativity and welcome other ideas."
