YOUNGSTERS at a Welshpool nursery have been immersed in enjoying the run up to the Wedding of the Year.

The toddlers at Park Lane nursery were taught about the whole wedding process from start to finish.

Julia Jones who owns Park Lane nursery, explained: "The nursery has been celebrating the royal wedding all wee.

"We went to the Methodist church and there was a little wedding service.

"It included the playing the wedding march and the vicar explaining everything.

"Next we went to the jewellers who taught the children about the rings, we also went to a Serendipity flower shop to choose bouquets.

"We then rounded everything off with a party which even included the wedding party setting off for their honey moon."

"We have 52 children at the nursery and they've all had a part in this.

"It's been exhausting!"
