The majority of Powys' schools were shut on Thursday, as the 'Beast from the East' continued to cause disruption.
In total, 11 of the county's high schools were closed, or partially closed, while 68 primary schools were affected.
All of Powys' three special schools were also shut, as were the county's two pupil referral units.
A Powys County Council spokesman said it would be holding a lunchtime conference to discuss the weather and added: "As you can imagine there is considerable disruption to services."
Decisions on school closures are taken independently by school head teachers, in conjunction with their chair of governors.
A full update on which schools are closed can be found on Powys County Council's website.
