Highways Act 1980 Section 119, Herefordshire Council, Public Footpath EX13 (Part) Eye, Moreton and Ashton, Public Path Diversion Order 2018

The above order made on 19th March, 2018 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert that length of Footpath EX13 (Part) in the Parish of Eye, Moreton and Ashton running from OS Grid Reference SO 4967, 6430 to join County Road U94400 at OS Grid Reference SO 4978, 6452. An alternative footpath will be created, being 2 metres in width, running from OS Grid Reference SO 4967, 6430 to a pedestrian gate at OS Grid Reference SO 4987, 6439 where it joins the County Road U94400.

Copies of the order, plan and explanatory statement may be seen free of charge at Leominster Library and Customer Service Centre, The Library, 8 Buttercross, Leominster, Herefordshire, HR6 8BN during normal opening hours. Copies may be provided on payment of the photocopying charges of Herefordshire Council ("the Council"). Copies are also available on the Council's website at www.herefordshire.gov.uk. Representations or objections to the order must be made in writing to Will Steel, Public Rights of Way Manager, Balfour Beatty Living Places, Unit 3, Thorn Business Park, Rotherwas Industrial Estate, Hereford, HR2 6JT, or by email to HerefordshirePROW@bblivingplaces.com, quoting reference PROW/D482 and stating your reasons, to be received not later than 14th May, 2018. Your details may be made available to third parties. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State, Department of Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
